Darielle Chomyn hails from a small town in Prince Edward County and is a graduate of Centennial Secondary School’s music program (Class of 2012).  Darielle began her post-secondary studies in Sault Ste. Marie where she grew as an artist under the tutelage of Agnes McCarthy and coach Paul Dingle.  Since 2019, she has resided in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from WLU, studying under the tutelage of Leslie Fagan and the late Lorin Shalanko.  Darielle continues to hone her skills as a performer and pedagogist with mentor Dr. Elizabeth Lepock.

Darielle has been an active performer in both music theatre and opera in the Sault, KW, and Hamilton.  In addition to her performing pursuits, Darielle teaches in studios located in both Kitchener and Oakville.

Performing on stage is one of her many passions, along with her two cats Kili and Fili, crafting and watching reality TV.
